Find the Right One for You


Metabolic Conditioning is a method of training that involves a very high work rate, using exercises designed to burn more calories during your workout and maximise calories burned after your workout.  These routines are intended to increase your body’s storage and delivery of energy for any activity. It includes high-intensity circuit-type workouts that often involve challenging the whole body, compound exercises and very short recovery intervals.

A typical class involves a single instructor at the front of the class who leads participants through routines that are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Some of the movements and positions include hill climbs, sprints and interval training. An instructor uses music to motivate and enthusiastic coaching to lead you through a ride that best suits your fitness level and goals. Most instructors will lead what is called an interval ride, where students will sprint, run, climb, and jump all in the same ride, providing an intense cardio-based workout.

Participants set goals based on their heart rate, a heart rate monitor and ride simulated variations in terrain by altering resistance and cadence. Some participants choose to maintain a moderate, aerobic intensity level, with a heart rate of between 50 and 85% of max while others drive their heart rates higher in intervals of anaerobic activity to levels of between 85 and 92%.

Group Running


Fit Kidz is a strength and conditioning class that is designed for children and teenagers to help them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver results and prepare them for well-rounded movement and strength for life.

Functional movements for any child at any level. Movements include pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. Workouts will increase Cardiovascular and Muscle Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Reaction,  Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Composition.

All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of a trained fitness professional.

Once you sign up to our strength and conditioning membership, feel free to get started immediately! You will have 24/7 access to our fully equipped strength and conditioning studio and our group training classes.

The gym is fitted with a wide range of dumbbells, barbells and cable machines used to strengthen and tone your whole body. 

The strength and conditioning Studio is equipped with strength, boxing and functional equipment ideal for all your cross training and functional training needs.
